Refund Policy

Digital products (Store)

Digital products purchased through store.clerkfinance.com are delivered as instant downloads. Because digital goods cannot be "returned" once accessed, our default policy is:

  • No refunds after download — once you've downloaded the product, the sale is final
  • Product not as described — if the product is materially different from its sales page description, contact us within 14 days for a full refund
  • Technical issues — if you can't download or access your purchase due to a technical problem on our end, we'll fix it or issue a full refund
  • Duplicate purchases — if you accidentally purchased the same product twice, we'll refund the duplicate

Invoicing services (Clerk)

Clerk's invoicing tools are currently free to use. If we introduce paid plans in the future, refund terms will be communicated at that time.

How to request a refund

Email hello@clerkfinance.com with:

  • Your order email or order number
  • The product name
  • The reason for your request

We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
