Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime — changes take effect on your next billing cycle. No penalties, no lock-in.
What happens when I hit my limit?
You'll see a friendly prompt to upgrade. Your existing invoices and data are never deleted — you just can't create new ones until you upgrade or the next billing cycle resets.
Is there a contract?
No. All plans are month-to-month (or year-to-year with annual billing). Cancel anytime, no questions asked.
What's the early adopter deal?
Every account created during our launch period gets Plus features free for a full year. No credit card required. When the year ends, you choose a plan — or stay on the free Starter tier.
Can I import data from another tool?
Yes — you can import PDF invoices directly. Clerk reads the PDF, extracts line items, amounts, and client info, then creates everything automatically. CSV export is also available for your records.

Yes. All connections are encrypted with TLS and your data is never shared with third parties. We take security seriously and follow industry best practices.
